SMDP (Senior Management Development Programme) Programme: Industry 4.0 Germany


A Special Invitation from MIT Academy Sdn. Bhd. to participate to Senior Management Development Programme(SMDP)on Industry 4.0 Leadership Programme - in Germany.

This programme is designed for top management and senior management level i.e., CEO, Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents and Senior Managers in order to establish Industry 4.0 in a company manufacturing and production environment. This training will significantly provide knowledge on how Industry 4.0 could be implemented in an existing company. The training and qualifications of its skilled workers must be adapted to meet the new requirements of this interdisciplinary approach. For example, production managers, engineers and technicians not only need practical mechatronics experience but also knowledge of IT infrastructures so that they can work at a high level to rectify machine standstills as quickly as possible

I. SMDP Training is announced to be officially open to both:

a)SME Non-HRDF Contributor – the government has allocated funding to fund the Non-HRDF contributors only.

b)SME HRDF Contributor - levy will be deducted accordingly.

However, SME HRDF Contributor who is active in participating Training Programmes and has less levy can apply to HRDF to assist in funding the partial amount of the SMDP Training Programme in Germany.

Additional benefit to send 3 Heads of Department to a 3-day FREE Training in Malaysia worth RM16,200 upon joining this SMDP Programme in Germany

II) The amount of the Training is EURO10,070

III) This Training will be held on 3-10 September 2016.

IV) Criteria for this programme is attached - one for those under Manufacturing and another one for System Integrators (SI).

V) Brochure attached for perusal.

VI) Registration form both for non-hrdf and hrdf contributor is attached for your reference.

2) Co. Registration no. (MyCOID)
3) Name of the Participant for SMDP
4) Designation of the Participant, E-mail Address and Contact no.
5) Contact Person if any, email address and contact nos.
6) Kindly confirm us if you are HRDF Contributor or Not.
