    This course is designed to provide and enhance the knowledge and ability of a CNC Turning Operator. It covers a broader range of competencies such as programming, machine set-up and operations. Specifically, it focuses on creating various CNC programs, setting up the cutters, machines and accessories, carrying out dry runs, adjusting various parameters, final programs executions and re-checking work-piece for final adjustment of machine parameters.

Specifically, it focuses on creating various CNC Milling Programs, setting up the cutters, machines and accessories carrying out dry runs, adjusting various parameters, final program executions and re-checking work-piece for final adjustment of machine parameters.

  3. AutoCAD 2D or AutoCAD 3D Inventor

    This course is designed to provide and enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of a Junior CAD Operator on Basic CAD modules. It covers a broader range of topics and CAD Level 1-2 such as Introduction to 2-D CAD Terminology, Drawing Inputs and Commands, Modify Commands, Text and Dimensions Inputs, Object Properties, Polylines, Hatching Scaling and Layouts.

    The core competencies will focus on the applications of 2D CAD Design of mechanical parts with applications of ISO product drawing standards. Further 3D drawing will be introduced to give clear grasp of basic solid models.

  4. Mastering the Basics of Servo Drives

    This course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to master the basics of electrical servo drives.

    The increasing use of these servo drives in industry has led to a skills gap that can have a negative impact n productivity. If you are a user of conventional pneumatic drive technology, this course will enhance your skills in electrical servo technology.

    Target groups : Pneumatic Controls Engineer / Design Engineers, designers, supervisors and technicians who are involved in the design and operation of pneumatic controls systems and special machines.

    This course is design to develop knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of Press Tool Makes in fabricating press tool parts, components and assemblies. It covers the competencies required such as: health and safety procedures, interpreting working drawings and sketches, specification, selection and cutting workshop materials, performing Conventional Machining, EDM, CNC turning milling grinding, wire cutting part measurement and inspection, Quality control, Die Assembly, Testing and Troubleshooting of Single, Compound and Progressive Die.

    Supervisory functions are included to develop trainees middle level management competencies as well as the required core abilities in the workplace, Industry experience will be recognized and given due accreditation.

Specifically, it covers various modules in maintenance of various Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Electronic Equipment, Jigs and Fixtures, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Drive And Transmission, Detection System, Hydraulic And Pneumatic, Robots, Operation and Network system, Preventive Maintenance and Administrative Functions
